HUECK Rheinische (Germany) is a leading company in manufacturing of textured press plates and press pads for the production of decorative laminated boards and wood based panels from varied range of artificial materials on the phase of creating surface style. High quality of the production is attained due to vast centuries-old experience in manufacturing duck fabrics, unique material strength and employees’ professionalism.
We are pleased to offer the following HUECK products for the processes of plate compressing and laminating:
- Steel and brass press plates;
- Compensative press pads.
Textural press plates are used in producing of wood-based panels and decorative plates from lamellar material. Plates can obtain the natural texture of wood, stone, paper, foil, high-silica sand. Therewith plates can be of various design. HUECK Rheinische press plates do encounter us every day and every where, in furniture and in interior, there especially as flooring or wall panels. Sliding and antisliding motion characteristics of the surface are used in automobile industry, transportation, building (in casing also).
Press pads are used in cases when the quality of the finished product to a large extent depends on a steady pressure on to the products surface. They are employed in manufacturing plates with amino plastic resin film, gluing with liquid resins, or manufacturing of high pressure laminates. Pressure, temperature and pressing time in general are no constant values. Therefore an individual press pad for the various types of coating is needed. Through targeted control of thermal conductivity press pads also help, to influence the degree of condensation of the coated resins and so antagonize surface defects.
HUECK Rheinische leads and develops a wide range of different products for all standard procedures and machinery types, participates in designing of surface textures, research studies.
Beltimport company represents HUECK Rheinische in Ukraine and will perform integrated support in choice of press plates and press pads on surface shaping.
