   We supply:
   Sprockets for roller chains.
   Single-row and multirow, with and without hub. Driving and tension sprockets with built-in radial ball bearing.
   One side hub sprockets are available as pilot bore sprockets or with taper bush. In case of need pilot bore sprockets are supplied with key groove.  Taper bore sprockets are available for different standard diameters of shafts without additional processing. Taper bush of reuse makes easier installation and dismantle. Besides, due to taper bore construction, sprocket rotational symmetry on a shaft  is very precise.

   Pulleys for V-belts transmissions.
    Challenge pulleys are manufactured from high quality grain grey  iron grade GG-25. Groove dimensions conform to DIN 2211/1. Pulleys may be used with any V-belts in accordance with DIN 7753/1 è DIN 2215.  All pulleys with a weight less than 100 kg are statically balanced  (one plane),  with a weight above 100 kg are dynamically balanced (two planes). Challenge pulleys for V-belts transmissions are available with taper bushes. But, if necessary, Beltimport will deliver cylindrical bored pulleys from other suppliers.

   Pulleys for timing belts.
   There are pulleys from various materials suitable for belts from rubber compound: small pulleys – steel or aluminum, bigger ones – high quality cast iron. Such a pulleys are available as cylindrical bored pulleys or taper bored pulleys.

   Pulleys for poly-V belts.
   Are manufactured from high quality cast iron and available with taper bush. Pulleys with variable diameters. Available with one or two belt grooves.

   Taper bushes.
   Depending on size taper bushes are manufactured from high quality GG-25 cast iron, thin wall bushes are produced from C45 steel. All surfaces are carefully machined to provide maximum contact areas and transmission of torque.
