Beltimport company is a partner of ANKER-FLEXCO GmbH, which continues activity of well-known companies Anker (founded in 1880, Germany) and Flexco (founded in 1907, the USA). The company’s products allow to provide technical maintenance of conveyors, conveyor and transmission belt splicing. Mechanical junction does not require special facilities or bulky equipment, its process is even simpler than vulcanization.
Anker-Flexco production program includes products for the following applications:
• Light-duty applications
Anker and Alligator mechanical fasteners. Anker fastening system offers carded wire hooks, wire hooks welded on a cross wire, belt lacing, transmission belt lacing, “six-point” fasteners, plastic spiral laces. Alligator system includes staple, plastic rivet fastener systems and belt lacing fastener system.
• Heavy- duty applications
Flexco fastening system. There are solid plate and hinged fasteners, which can be rivet or bolt hinged.

All fastener types are made in different materials and strength specifications to suit a variety of applications and handled materials. It can be steel (incl. galvanized, stainless), alloy (Hastelloy C4, Rustalloy, which are resistant against acids, alkali and corrosion, Megalloy and Promal – high resistance against abrasion, Evendur – antimagnetic, does not create sparking ) or plastic.
