• Flexible Curved Jaw Coupling;
Rotex couplings are ideal for transmitting torque while damping torsional vibrations and absorbing shock loads. They are characterized by small dimensions, low weight, can transmit torque up to 70 kNm. Rotex coupling spider is tooth flank crowned made from special polyurethane, which is lubrication-free, extremely resistant to wear, oil, ozone and ageing. The coupling is fail-safe — will still perform if elastomer fails. Rotex couplings are used in the pump industry, compressors, material-handling equipment.
Poly Norm couplings have smaller mounting length comparing with Rotex but bigger diameter, they are mainly for small shaft distance dimensions.
Rotex GS backlash-free shaft coupling for high- precision drives (positioning drives, spindle drives).
• Torsionally flexible pin&bush coupling;
Revolvex KX – coupling compensates for every kind of shaft misalignment while transmitting high torques (up to 756 kNm). The application spheres are mining industry, paper and cement industries etc.
• Curved-tooth gear couplings;
BoWex couplings are flexible shaft connections specifically suitable to compensate for axial, radial and angular misalignment. The coupling consists of two steel hubs with curved toothing and polyamide sleeve. Application: fan, pump and conveyor drives.
Gearex double-cardanic all-steel coupling can transmit high torque (up to 270 kNm). Gearex couplings are used in every range of general engineering for high operating safety and long service life (roll mills, paper machines, mixing machines, turbine drives).
• Steel lamina coupling;
Radex, Rigiflex — backlash-free, torsionally rigid and maintenance-free all-steel coupling, environment resistant. Application area is mainly for compressor drives.
• Metal bellow-type coupling;
Toolflex coupling is characterized by high torsional stiffness, low mass moment of inertia. Its main application ranges are positioning drives and servo drives.
